Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx or Estafeta. For in-stock items, our processing time is 2 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Returns and Refunds

At CNOSOS, we strive to offer you a satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that you may sometimes wish to make a return.

If for any reason you wish to make a return, please contact us at cnososofficial@gmail.com. Please include the following information to expedite the process:

  • Order number.
  • Model and color of the item you wish to return.
  • Address and contact number.
  • Reason for the return.

We will send you a return label by email for you to print and attach to your properly packed item. You can then drop off the package at your nearest FedEx office. If you prefer, you can also request a pickup at a date and approximate time of your choice.

Return shipping costs will be covered by CNOSOS.

Return period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure high quality and a fair price.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before completing your purchase.
