Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx . For in-stock items, our processing time is 2 business days after receiving payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of the delivery.
Returns and Refunds
At CNOSOS, we strive to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you wish to make a return.
Return process
If for any reason you wish to make a return, please contact us at cnososofficial@gmail.com . Please include the following information to speed up the process:
- Order number.
- Model and color of the item you wish to return.
- Address and contact number.
- Reason for return.
We will send you a return guide by email that you can print and stick on your properly packaged item. You can then drop off the package at the FedEx office nearest to you. If you prefer, you can also request a collection at the approximate date and time you wish.
Return shipping costs will be borne by CNOSOS.
Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return . This gives you enough time to make a decision.
Return conditions
We accept returns of unused items that retain their original tags and are in their complete original packaging.
* IMPORTANT: Items from our outlet section or purchased at a discount are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If the product and its packaging are not in new condition, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund, and the item will be returned.
Refunds
If the product meets the return conditions, we will proceed to authorize your refund. You will receive a confirmation email regarding this. Refunds will be made through the payment platform you used to make the purchase and may take a few days to be processed, depending on the policies of said platform.
